A workshop on low cost techniques to catch and reuse rainwater efficiently.
Indonesia receives significant rainwater in the wet season but the lack of rain in the dry season makes agriculture challenging. When a village runs out of water, they have to walk several kilometers just to obtain it.
By developing low cost techniques for collecting and storing excess rainwater, plants can be grown year-round to enhance food security in the local communities and reduce their reliance on imports. We will create a model of this water catchment that people can use and learn from.
What we need to prepare:
· Water pipe and joints
· Water tanks
